How does all of this actually work?
I know you are so EXCITED about your organization projects (and I am too). I also know this can all feel very overwhelming. Don't worry! I'm here to make your life EASIER. You don't have to know where to start, because I do! All you have to do is fill out my contact form or give me a call and I'll take it from there.
If you'd like a more in depth run down, here's how it usually works:

Then, we schedule your free in-home consultation and determine which package is best for you!
The in-home portion of our service is tailored to each client's needs, but we typically start with decluttering, and then we organize to make it functional and make it pretty!

What happens at a consultation?
Consultations usually last between 30 minutes and hour. I'll ask you to walk me through the home and just simply talk to me. Tell me what you love, what you don't love, what's working, what's not working, tell me everything! We'll talk about your design style and your schedule. Then we will sign my Service Agreement (which I will go over in detail with you), I will recommend either myself or another organizer from my team to be your lead organizer, and I will recommend a package. Next we book your sessions, I will send you a follow up email, and then we’ll get you organized!
What package is right for me?
You don't have to know which package is right for you. I will recommend a package at the consultation. Easy peasy.
Can I request a specific organizer?
Absolutely! If you'd like to work directly with me or one of our other organizers, just let us know and we'll make sure you're taken care of!
Can you just do it all for me?
Probably! This depends on how much decluttering needs to be done. We can't make the final decisions about what items to get rid of, but we can make recommendations and guide you through the process. Therefore, we need your brain for the decluttering process. After the decluttering process is done, you can sit back, have a glass of wine, and let us handle it for you!
Can I request a team of organizers?
You certainly can! In fact, there will be times when we will recommend it. Particuarly if you are moving or on a deadline.
Do I need a babysitter?
No way! We work with real people and real families - that means children! We will absolutely organize with children home. In fact, I will request their presence when it's time to tackle their rooms.
What areas do you organize?
Aside from the usual closets, bedrooms, playrooms, garages, and kitchens, we also organize unique projects like your taxes, family photos, children's art work, home warranties and manuals, bar areas, wine cellars, homework stations, retail shops, jewelry displays, bathrooms, vanities, sporting goods, you name it! Can you help me with my paper?
YES! I LOVE PAPER! Seriously though, yes we can, and we would love to. It's a common misconception that only you can sort through your paper. I promise you, that is not the case! I have a background in records management and I can assure you that your information is safe with us.
Do you offer gift certificates?
We certainly do!
Will you make me throw my stuff away?
Absolutely not! We will, however, guide you and encourage you when we think you need it. We will never dispose of anything without your permission.

We will not yell at you. We will not make you do anything you don't want to do. You are not giving up any control. We are in this together! Now let's do this!
